John Coury, D.O., is an orthopedic spine surgeon and the founder of Coury Spine, LLC. Fellowship-trained at Duke University, he specializes in personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and enhance quality of life. At St. Louis Spine Care, LLC, he works with a multidisciplinary team at St. Luke’s and Mercy Hospital to provide comprehensive spine care.

Emily Visonnavong, PA, is a proud St. Louis native and a graduate of Incarnate Word Academy. A dedicated professional and mother of two, she finds great fulfillment in both her career and family life. Passionate about surgery and patient relationships, she is committed to providing exceptional care. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with her dog.

Amanda Fisbeck was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and attended Pattonville High School. She is passionate about patient care and building meaningful relationships. As a devoted mother of three, she brings the same dedication to her work as she does to her family. Outside of work and motherhood, she enjoys volunteering and engaging in creative projects

Rachel Stephenson is a St. Charles, MO, native and a graduate of Francis Howell High School. She enjoys meeting new people, making them smile, and engaging in great conversations, traits that reflect her outgoing personality. A proud boy mom with a wonderful husband, she embraces life’s adventures. In her spare time, she enjoys honing her bowling skills.

Marian McDonough was born and raised in St. Louis and attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. She enjoys the dynamic nature of her work, continuously learning while helping patients return to the activities they love. Happily married with two wonderful sons, she embraces an active lifestyle. Outside of work, she can often be found biking, swimming, playing pickleball, or competing in her indoor bocce league.

Brittany Miller is a proud St. Louis native and a graduate of Fulton High School. She has a wonderful husband and six incredible children, making multitasking a way of life. She enjoys the continuous learning her job provides and brings creativity to home decorating. In her free time, she loves making memories with her family, where every day is an adventure.
